A deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event: The deposit is non-refundable.

• Any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit will be handled according to the terms of your booking agreement.

• ​By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.

STOKED GOLF LLC reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of severe weather, unsafe operating conditions, or other circumstances at our discretion.
